The brief
An arts foundation wanted its annual gala to raise more than ever while feeling nothing like a typical fundraiser. The evening needed to celebrate artists, thank donors and keep the program moving.
Our approach
We treated the dining hall like a gallery. Sculptural installations hung above the tables, the color palette came from the artists being honored, and the program was built in short, lively segments so the energy never dropped.
- Produced a minute-by-minute run of show for speeches, dinner service and the auction
- Managed seating for 220 guests, sponsors and VIPs
- Coordinated artists, auctioneer, caterer and lighting designer
- Set up same-night donation and pledge tracking
The result
The gala sold out weeks in advance, the auction finished ahead of schedule and the foundation reached its fundraising goal before dessert was served.
