A Sunlit Destination Wedding Weekend

The brief

Sofia and Marco wanted their closest family and friends together for a full weekend, not just a single day. Guests were flying in from five countries, so the plan had to be generous, unhurried and easy to follow.

Our approach

We designed the weekend as one story in three chapters: a sunlit welcome lunch with sea-glass tableware and white orchids, a terrace ceremony at golden hour, and a farewell brunch for anyone who could still dance their way to breakfast.

• Scouted and contracted the villa, caterer and musicians months in advance
• Built a guest travel plan with airport transfers and a dedicated help line
• Created a weekend guide so every guest always knew what was next
• Ran each day with an on-site team of four coordinators

The result

Ninety guests, three days and not a single missed transfer. The couple called it the best weekend of their lives, and several guests have since asked us to plan their own celebrations.
