The brief
Leila and Tom wanted a wedding that felt like a summer afternoon in a friend's garden: relaxed, romantic and full of flowers. With guests travelling in from three countries, they also needed every detail handled so they could simply be present.
Our approach
We built the day around the garden itself. The ceremony faced the oldest trees on the estate, the aisle was lined with wildflowers in low vessels, and the bride carried a pearl hoop bouquet of white orchids and blush roses that became the thread for the whole design.
- Sourced and managed 14 vendors, from florist and caterer to lighting and transport
- Designed a guest journey from welcome drinks to dinner with no waiting in between
- Coordinated hotel blocks and shuttles for out-of-town guests
- Prepared a complete wet-weather plan, down to umbrella stations
The result
The ceremony started on time and dinner was served at one long table under festoon lights. The couple made zero decisions on the day, and the dance floor stayed full until the last song.
