How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large events, 9 to 12 months gives you the widest choice of venues and vendors. Corporate events and private celebrations can often come together in 6 to 12 weeks. If your date is sooner, get in touch anyway and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you plan events outside your area?
Yes. We plan destination and out-of-town events, and we coordinate travel, accommodation and local vendors so your guests arrive to a seamless experience.
How does pricing work?
Our planning fee depends on the size of your event, its complexity and the level of support you choose. After a short discovery call, we send a clear, itemized proposal with no hidden costs. Vendor costs are always shared with you and approved before anything is booked.
Can you work within our budget?
Yes. We design around the budget you are comfortable with, show you where every amount goes and suggest where to save or splurge, so your money goes to what matters most to you.
Can we use our own venue or vendors?
Of course. We are happy to work with a venue or vendors you have already booked, and we will recommend trusted partners for anything still open.
What do you do on the day of the event?
Your planner and on-site team arrive before setup begins. We manage vendors, keep the timeline on track and quietly solve anything unexpected, so you can be fully present with your guests.
Do you offer event-day coordination only?
Yes. Event-day coordination is ideal if you have planned most of the details yourself and want a professional team to take over in the final six to eight weeks.
